Q1: Can you arrange door-to-door delivery? If yes, what about the shipping time and cost?


A1: We offer door-to-door delivery service for most countries worldwide; for a small number of regions, delivery is only available to the nearest port. Both shipping time and cost are subject to two key factors: your specific delivery address, and the type/quantity of products you order. To get an accurate quote and timeline, please share your detailed address (including postal code) and the product list you’re interested in—we’ll revert to you within 1 working day.


Q2: Are your products ready-to-ship (RTS)? If not, what's the production lead time?


A2: Most of our pilates equipment is made-to-order rather than RTS, as we prioritize meeting personalized needs. For standard orders, the production cycle is usually around 10 days. If you place a large-volume order (e.g., 50+ units), we’ll adjust the lead time accordingly and keep you updated with a clear production schedule.


Q3: Do you provide customization services? What details should I know?


A3: Yes, we specialize in custom pilates equipment—common options include logo printing, leather color replacement (e.g., black, gray, burgundy), and even small structural adjustments. Please note that customization will involve a reasonable additional fee, and the production time will be extended by 3-5 days compared to standard products. For logo customization, kindly provide your logo file in AI format (vector graphics ensure clear printing). Feel free to reach out with your specific needs, and we'll clarify the exact cost, timeline, and mockup for you.


Q5: I'm interested in one of your products—what's the next step to place an order?


A5: The ordering process is simple and transparent: 1) First, share the product model(s) you're interested in, and we'll confirm all details (specifications, customization options, shipping terms) with you; 2) After all details are finalized, we’ll issue a formal proforma invoice (PI) with clear pricing, payment terms, and delivery info; 3) Once you verify and confirm the PI, you can make the payment via the method introduced in Q4; 4) We'll start production immediately after receiving the payment, and keep you updated with production and shipping progress.


Q6: What's the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for your products? Do you accept sample orders?


A6: For our core products—including all pilates reformers, wunda chairs, and cold tubs—the MOQ is 1 unit, and sample orders are warmly welcomed. We encourage you to test the sample quality before placing large-volume orders. For other auxiliary products (e.g., pilates mats, small accessories), please contact our sales team for the exact MOQ, as it varies by product type.
